The Uttrakhand Char Dham is a set of four pilgrimage sites in India. It is believed that visiting these sites helps achieve moksha. The Char Dhams are, Yamunotri , Gangotri , Kedarnath , Badrinath. It is believed that every Hindu should visit the Char Dhams during one's lifetime.
Rishikesh - Set against the backdrop of the Himalayas and with the pristine Ganga flowing through it, the ancient town of Rishikesh is one of the major tourist and pilgrimage hubs in northern India, where people from across the world arrive in search of peace. Rishikesh is commonly referred to as the ‘yoga capital of the world’ and rightly so. The destination is abuzz with visitors, who come here to learn yoga and meditation. Rishikesh has numerous ashrams, some of which are internationally recognised as centres of philosophical studies, yoga and other ancient Indian traditions of wellness. The Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board organises the annual International Yog Festival (IYF) here, which attracts thousands of yoga enthusiasts. There are several legends associated with Rishikesh. It is said Rishikesh finds a mention in the ancient text Skanda Purana, and in the epic Ramayana. It is said Lord Rama, along with his brothers, came to Rishikesh to do penance after killing Ravana.

Valley of Flower - With a stunning backdrop of the mighty Himalayan ranges, the Valley of Flowers National Park presents an ethereal view and an unforgettable experience for visitors. Spread over an area of 87 sq km in the Chamoli district, the Valley of Flowers National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and forms one of the two core zones (the other being the Nanda Devi National Park) of the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve.
The valley is believed to have been discovered in 1931, when three British mountaineers – led by Frank S Smythe – lost their way and chanced upon this spectacular valley. Attracted by the beauty of this place they named it the “Valley of Flowers”.
Hemkund Sahib - This beautiful gurudwara, also known as Gurudwara Sri Hemkunt Sahib Ji, is situated at an altitude of around 4,329 m, on the bank of the pristine Hemkund Lake. One of the most revered Sikh shrines, Hemkunt Sahib (also known as Hemkund Sahib) draws thousands of pilgrims every year. It is recorded in the holy Granth Sahib that the tenth guru of Sikhs, Guru Govind Singh, meditated by the serene banks of Hemkund lake in one of his earlier births. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, the gurudwara's picturesque natural settings and trek routes, including the one to the Valley of Flowers, make it a popular destination for trekkers and tourists. Himganga, a small stream, originates from the lake.

DAY 01: RISHIKESH - JOSHIMATH (240KMS/7-8HRS)
Welcome to DEVBHOOMI UTTRAKHAND. Arrival at Rishikesh railway station & meet by Suveedha Yatri executive and  drive to Joshimath .On Arrival check -into  hotel and overnight stay at hotel .
DAY 02: JOSHIMATH - GOVIND GHAT – GHANGARIYA (20 KMS DRIVE & 14 KMS TREK)
Morning after breakfast, drive for Govindghat & Start your trek for Ghangaria. Arrival at ghanghariya check n your hotel. Day free for rest. Overnight at Ghangharirya
Ghangaria is a small village on the way to Hemkund Sahib, a popular pilgrimage site for Sikhs which is about 6 km from here and the Valley of Flowers, a national park known for its variety of flowers about 3 km from here. It is located in the northern Himalayan ranges at an altitude of 3049 meters in Uttarakhand state of India.
Ghangaria is situated at the confluence of the rivers Bhyundar Ganga and Pushpawati, which forms Lakshman Ganga, that later meets the river Alaknanda at Govindghat. It is the last human habitation in the Bhyundar valley. This place is usually used by travelers as a base camp to visit Hemkund and Valley of flowers. It is only open from May till September. The rest of the year, the valley is covered under snow.
DAY 03: GHANGARIYA – HEMKUND SAHEB – GHANGARIYA (6 KMS/4-5 HRS ONE SIDE)
Early morning, trek start from here to Hemkund Sahib . After spending some time at Hemkund Sahib darshan then trek down to Ghangaria for overnight stay at the hotel.
Hemkund Sahib : Hemkund sahib is one of the holiest places for sikhs. Literally meaning 'Lake of Snow', the crystal clear water of the lake is equally cold as snow.
DAY 04: GHANGARIYA – VALLEY OF FLOWER - GHANGARIYA
Morning after breakfast start trek for Valley of flower. There is many types of flower. Later back to your hotel in ghangaria.
Valley of flowers is famous for its colourful and Varriant flowers which makes the beautiful scenery covering flowers beautiful moutains of himalayas .
DAY 05: GHANGARIYA – GOVIND GHAT – JOSHIMATH (14 KMS trek down/ 20 kms drive)
Morning (8:00 Am) after breakfast trek down to Govind Ghat. Later drive to Joshimath. On arrival check-in hotel. In evening visit the famous Raghunath Ji temple at Joshimath .Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 06: JOSHIMATH - PIPALKOTI – RISHIKESH (240 KMS/ 8 HR)
Morning after breakfast drive back to Rishikesh . on arrival check-into hotel & visit Rishikesh, the 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of " Hrishikesh " and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh.  Temples & Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Ashram, Parmarth Ashram, later back to hotel dinner & overnight stay.
