Kailash ManasarovarYatra is known for its religious value, cultural significance, physical beauty and thrilling nature. It is undertaken by thousands of people every year. It is open to eligible Indian citizens, with holding valid Indian passports, who wish to proceed to Kailash-Manasarovar for religious purposes.

The first step to this two-part life altering experience begins at Kathmandu where we offer prayers at Pashupatinath and Budhanilkanth Temples to seek strength for the next 13 days. The prime reason that drives people to take this demanding sojourn is the Lake Manasarovar Parikrama in which you circumambulate around the mountain to wash away all your sins. This place is also known to be the gateway to Nirvana or Moksha. Deem 70% of this ritual complete once you reach the highest glacial lake near Mount Kailash, Lake Manasarovar. The remaining 30 ends with the trek.

While on the trek, you cross some of the most stunning landscapes, serene mountain towns, unique mountain terrains, and high passes. A thrilling yet gruelling ordeal, your climb to an important milestone of the route - the Derapukh, is worth every ounce of energy spent on the hike. The breathtaking view of the first rays of the sun touching the peak, Mount Kailash painted gold, often called the “Golden Kailash” will concretise your faith in it being called God’s very own.

ITINERARY-:
DAY 01: ARRIVE IN KATHMANDU & ARATI PUJA AT PASHUPATINATH  Dinner only

Arrival at Tribhuban International airport (1,350 M), meet and welcome by our office representative & transfer to hotel.  After get refreshed, if time permit proceed to Pashupatinath temple for Arati Puja Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 02: FLY NPG&HELI FLIGHT TOSIMIKOT/HILSA& DRIVE TO TAKLAKOT     B/L/D
After breakfast, transfer to domestic airport for a flight to Nepalgunj (150 M, 45 Minute flight). Upon arrival at Nepalgunjproceed to helipad for chartered helicopter flight to Simikot(2,910 M) for immigration formalities.After immigration formalities proceed  toHilsa (3,704 M) by chartered helicopter flight. After arrival at Hilsa walk  for 10 minute to Sera where our vehicle and guides are waiting we set out for Purang (3,700 M), a short walk to cross river Karnali and get into Tibetan border where our land cruisers and tour guide will be waiting. After brief introductions with our Tibetan guide, we will drive for Taklakot [known to Chinese as Purang] and on arrival check into hotel and overnight.

DAY 03: DRIVE TO MANSAROVAR/ MANSAROVARPARIKRAMA/ VISIT YAMADWAR &DRIVE TO TAKLAKOT B/L/D
After breakfast, drive to MansarovarLake (4,590 M, 120 KM, 3 hrs drive). Take a holy bath and Puja or just relax at the edge of holy ManasarovarLake. After having holy dip and lunch, you will leave for a MansoravarParikrama – 82 KM, 2 hours drive) around the lake Manasarovar.  After Holy Parikrama  drive to  Darchen, Yamadwar and Tarboch Flag Pole -the first prostration point - an auspicious gateway and the sky burial ground. Visit Yamadwar and Tarboch flag pole and drive back to back to Taklakot. Overnight stay at best available hotel.

DAY 04: FLY TO NEPALGUNJ BY HELICOPTER & FLIGHTTO KATHMANDU B/L/D
Breakfast and drive to Hilsa (3,704 M, 30 Km, 1 hour drive).After Immigration formalities proceed to Helipad  for Chartered Helicopter flight back to Simikot (2,910 M). After immigration, proceed for Nepalgunj by chartered helicopter. Arrive Nepalgunj (150 M)& further proceed to Kathmandu (1,350 M) by scheduled flight. Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Evening Holy water offering with Arati Puja at Pashupatinath temple. Overnight stay at Soaltee Crown Plaza or similar.

DAY 05: FLY FOR ONWARD JOURNEY  Breakfast only
Final Departure transfer to airport for onward flight.
