Nainital is a Himalayan resort town in the Kumaon region of India’s Uttarakhand state, at an elevation of roughly 2,000m. Formerly a British hill station, it’s set around Nainital Lake, a popular boating site with Naina Devi Hindu Temple on its north shore. A cable car runs to Snow View observation point (at 2,270m), with vistas over the town and mountains including Nanda Devi, Uttarakhand’s highest peak.
Commonly known as the “Lake District of India”, Nainital is one of the most beautiful hill stations in North India. Surrounded by mountains on three sides Nainital is located around the beautiful lake Naini Tal. This lake resort is situated at a height of 1,938 meters. There are many legends associated with the place. According to one, Nainital has derived its name from the Goddess Naina while the other legend says that when the Goddess Sati lost her eyes, she was being carried by Lord Shiva and a lake was formed. (‘Naina’ means eyes and ‘Tal’ means lake.) This beautiful small town in surrounded by seven hills, popularly known as ‘Sapta-Shring’ – Ayarpata, Deopata, Handi-Bandi, Naina, Alma, Lariya-Kanta and Sher-Ka-Danda. The majestic mountains and the sparkling waters of the lake add an immense lot to the beauty of the town.

ITINERARY-:
DAY 1 Delhi – Nainital
Check in at the hotel and go to Nainital in the night. Free night for fun. Travel at the hotel overnight.
DAY 2 Nainital
You will then travel to Bhimtal, Sattal, Naukuchiatal and Malli Tal on a popular lake tour after the breakfast. Stay at the hotel overnight.
DAY 3 Nainital
Visit Snow View Point, Bara Pathar, Tiffin Top, Zoo after breakfast. Enjoy shopping on the Mall Road in the evening. Travel in the hotel overnight.
DAY 4 Nainital – Delhi
Return to Delhi after early breakfast. Arriving in Delhi, go wherever you are. Tour and Services ends.
